SSDI Applications
I file online initial applications for SSDI and provide a confirmation receipt and summary. There is no fee for the filing itself.
All my fees are contingent upon a Client being awarded benefits. There is no out-of-pocket cost to you.

Social Security requires most SSI claimants to apply in-person at a local office. In limited situations, applications for SSI can be filed online.
First & Second Appeals
If your initial SSDI or SSI application has been denied, I can file the Request for Reconsideration online and provide a confirmation receipt and summary.

If your Request for Reconsideration has been denied, I can file the Request for Hearing online and provide a confirmation receipt and summary.

Appeals Council
If an unfavorable decision is issued after your hearing before an Administrative Law Judge, I can file your Request for Review with the Appeals Council.
